The vehicle was well set out. Unfortunately a few things let it down. A couple of things broken when picking up the vehicle. Needed more blankets supplied for winter conditions

The vehicle was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed for living life while on the road. There were however some disappointments that detracted from our total satisfaction. The water would not heat for our first night, so it was cold showers and we had to boil the kettle for hot water to wash dishes. The following day my partner found a YouTube video that explained how to do a hard reset on the gas water-heater, so we were able to resolve the problem. When the freshwater tank needed to be refilled, I discovered the connection for the hose was missing so it was most challenging to refill the tank. I had to purchase a replacement connector to use for the remainder of our holiday. On the last night of our holiday it rained, and water leaked into the rear of the campervan making the pillows and bedding quite wet. If it would have rained at the beginning of our holiday, we would have needed to change campervans. As it was, it was only the last night so no real inconvenience.
